3 easy steps for returning goods:
1️⃣ Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the items you wish to return!
2️⃣ We will send you an OMNIVA or DPD courier RETURN code.
3️⃣ You ship the items back and receive your refund within 2 business days! €1.99 will be deducted from the refund amount.
Additional Information
If the item does not fit or meet your expectations, you have the right to return it within 14 days of receiving it.
Brandberry.eu IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Damage caused by the customer's fault or improper use;
- Defects resulting from incorrect use of the product;
- Natural physical wear due to regular use.
RETURN CONDITIONS AND PROCEDURE:
- Returned items must be in their original, neat packaging;
- The buyer must not damage the product;
- The product must not have been used or lost its original appearance (labels intact, protective films not removed, etc.);
- Returned items must include all components originally received by the buyer.
CANNOT BE RETURNED:
- Underwear, perfumes, cosmetic items, socks, products from the "adults" category, masks, and any products showing signs of use.
